Zerdly provides general information, calculations, educational activities, entertainment and checking aids.
Unless a page expressly states otherwise, Zerdly does not provide professional certification, regulated advice, formal assessment, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, engineering approval, survey certification, safety approval or any other professional service merely by providing a website tool.
2. Accuracy is not guaranteed
Zerdly aims to make its tools useful and accurate, but errors can occur.
A result may be affected by:
- incorrect or incomplete user input;
- rounding or unit conversion;
- simplified formulas or assumptions;
- browser/device differences;
- outdated external rates, limits, rules or reference values;
- coding, transcription or dataset errors;
- ambiguous terminology;
- unsupported file features;
- changes in standards, legislation or professional practice; or
- circumstances not represented in the tool.
Always independently verify important results before relying on them.
3. Professional and safety-critical use
Do not use a Zerdly result as the sole basis for a decision where an error could cause injury, death, environmental harm, property damage, regulatory breach, financial loss or other serious consequences.
Use the applicable legislation, standard, code, manufacturer documentation, approved procedure and a suitably qualified professional where required.
4. Engineering, mining and construction
Engineering, mining, earthworks, geotechnical, structural, blast, production, materials, construction and similar tools may simplify real-world conditions.
They do not account for every site condition, material property, safety factor, code requirement, design load, tolerance, uncertainty or professional judgement requirement.
Zerdly does not certify a design, plan, calculation package, blast design, structure, excavation, mine plan, earthworks design or construction outcome.

Results can be affected by datum, projection, geoid, zone, scale factor, coordinate order, transformations, units, instrument setup, calibration, site control and legal survey requirements.
Zerdly output is not a cadastral determination, legal boundary, licensed survey certificate or replacement for a surveyor’s professional responsibility.
6. Electrical and technical safety
Electrical, power, battery, energy, current, voltage and related calculators do not replace electrical design, testing, standards, manufacturer specifications or work by a licensed/qualified person where required.
Never rely on a website calculator alone for isolation, protective-device selection, arc-flash risk, hazardous energy, wiring safety or another life-safety decision.
7. Health, medicine and medication calculations
Health, fitness, dose, injection, body-measurement and wellbeing tools are general educational or arithmetic aids only.
They do not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any condition and are not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified health professional.
Do not use Zerdly as the sole basis for:
- choosing or changing a medication dose;
- calculating an injection without checking the actual medicine/device instructions;

- delaying emergency or professional medical care.
Medication names, concentrations, device markings and instructions can differ. Verify every dose against the actual prescription/product and a qualified professional.

One-rep-max, pace, performance, reaction and fitness tools provide estimates or informal measures.
They do not account for individual medical conditions, technique, fatigue, injury, environmental conditions or all device timing differences. Use appropriate supervision and stop an activity if it is unsafe for you.
9. Finance, tax, borrowing and business calculations
Financial, tax, wage, borrowing, investment, repayment and business tools provide estimates based on the information and assumptions used.
They are not financial product advice, credit advice, tax advice, accounting advice or a recommendation to enter a transaction.
Rates, thresholds, laws and provider terms can change. Check current official information and seek a qualified adviser where necessary.
10. Legal and compliance-related tools

Scores and local progress should not be used as the sole basis for grading, diagnosis of a learning difficulty, placement, discipline or another consequential decision about a child.
Parents, guardians and educators are responsible for age-appropriate supervision and for deciding whether content suits a particular child.
13. Games, reaction tests and performance scores
Interactive scores can be influenced by hardware, browser performance, monitor refresh rate, input device, touchscreen latency, background processes, accessibility settings and other factors.
Reaction-time, typing, aiming, click-speed and similar scores are not laboratory, medical, employment or professional performance tests unless a specific page expressly states a validated purpose.
14. Randomisers, spin wheels and chance-based tools
Zerdly randomisers and spin wheels are convenience/entertainment tools and may use ordinary browser pseudo-random functions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not independently audited or cryptographically secure and are not suitable as the sole mechanism for regulated gambling, lotteries, cryptographic keys, high-value prize draws or legally sensitive selection processes.
If you use a Zerdly randomiser in a competition, giveaway, workplace or other consequential process, you are responsible for the rules, permits, fairness, records and lawfulness of that process.
15. Jigsaw, image and imported-content features
If a tool lets you import an image, file or text, Zerdly does not verify that you own or have permission to use it.
You are responsible for copyright, confidentiality, privacy and any other rights in imported content.
16. File tools, PDF tools and exported data
Browser-based file tools can fail or produce unexpected output because of malformed files, encryption, unsupported features, memory limits, font problems, browser behaviour or software defects.
Always retain an original backup and inspect the exported result before deleting, replacing, submitting or distributing the source file.
Do not use Zerdly as your only copy, backup or archival system.

Generated reports, checklists, letters, plans, forms or other documents are templates or drafting aids.
You are responsible for checking names, dates, facts, calculations, legal requirements, project requirements, approvals and signatures before use.
A professional-looking Zerdly document is not automatically approved, certified or legally sufficient.
18. AI prompt and AI-related utilities
Prompt-building or AI-related utilities can help structure text for third-party AI systems.
Zerdly does not guarantee what an external AI provider will generate, how that provider will use submitted information, or whether generated material will be accurate, original, non-infringing or suitable for a particular purpose.
Check the third-party provider’s terms and privacy practices before submitting sensitive or confidential information.
19. Cybersecurity, network and IT utilities
Network, IP, encoding, QR, hashing, password-related or technical utilities are general-purpose tools.
They are not a substitute for a cybersecurity assessment and must not be used to access, scan, disrupt or interfere with systems without authorisation.
Do not treat an ordinary utility output as a security guarantee, encryption audit or penetration-test certification.
20. External information, standards and references
Zerdly may refer to external standards, formulas, laws, rates, product information, reference values or third-party websites.
External information can change or become unavailable. A link or reference does not guarantee that the external material is current, complete or endorsed by Zerdly.
21. Advertising, sponsorships and affiliate links
Zerdly may display advertisements, sponsorships or affiliate links.
Advertising is provided by or relates to third parties. Zerdly does not guarantee an advertiser’s claims, products, services, pricing, safety, availability, privacy practices or performance.
Always assess an advertised product or service independently.
22. Browser, device and network limitations
The Service may behave differently across devices, browsers, operating systems, screen sizes, browser extensions and network conditions.
Zerdly does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every environment.
23. Local storage and loss of progress
Tool Bag data, settings, saved games, learning progress, puzzle state and other information stored locally can be lost if browser data is cleared, a device is replaced, storage is reset, private mode is used, or software removes site data.
Zerdly cannot recover information that existed only on your device and was never received by Zerdly.
Use available export/backup functions for information you want to preserve.
24. Share links, restore codes and QR codes
A share link, restore code, QR code or exported file may contain information you chose to put into it.
Anyone who receives it may be able to access or import that information. Do not include personal, confidential or sensitive content unless sharing it is intentional and appropriate.
25. No guarantee of future availability
Zerdly may correct, update, redesign, replace or remove tools, questions, games, formulas, datasets and features at any time.
Do not rely on a particular feature remaining available indefinitely.
26. Third-party services and links
Zerdly is not responsible for the operation, content, security, privacy practices or availability of independent third-party sites or services.
Your interaction with a third party is between you and that third party.
27. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you use the Service and rely on its output at your own risk.
