We currently work with clients who live in Australia. You do not need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident. The free Zerdly tools stay open to everyone.

Enquiries are open now and website builds start from January 2027. Each project's start date is confirmed individually after we review your brief and agree the scope - January is the earliest build month, not a guaranteed date.

One design direction adapted to your brand, layouts that work on mobile, tablet and desktop, basic on-page SEO (page titles, descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal links and a sitemap), placement of your approved logo, images and wording with light editing, your phone, email and social links, help connecting your domain to agreed hosting, two rounds of revisions, the source files at handover and 30 days of help with build issues. SEO is set up properly, but no ranking or traffic is guaranteed.

The packages are Starter (up to 3 pages, A$899), Small Business (up to 6 pages, A$1,199), Business Plus (up to 12 pages, A$1,799). Each extra standard page is A$165 and uses the same design and layouts. A single scrolling page counts as one page even with several sections. If a larger package works out cheaper than adding pages, we will tell you. Bespoke layouts, calculators and interactive features are quoted separately.

Yes - we can link to a booking page you already use, such as Google Calendar appointment booking, and one straightforward booking embed can be included when agreed in your quote. The booking service runs the bookings; any subscription it charges is separate.

We can link your website to an existing Shopify store or hosted payment links. Shopify embeds, store set-up, products, tax and shipping settings are quoted separately, and Shopify's own plans and transaction fees are paid by you.

Domain, email, hosting, stock images and other third-party subscriptions are separate from the build fee and are listed in your quote. On final payment the website is yours: it is set up on hosting in your name, connected to your domain, and you receive the source files.

50% is due once you accept the written scope and your project is booked, and the remaining 50% before your website goes live. There is no monthly design plan. Prices in Australian dollars. Zerdly is not registered for GST, so no GST is added.

You get two rounds of revisions. In each round you send all your changes together, and we update the website. Further changes can be quoted.

Changes after the 30-day support period are quoted at A$110 per hour with a one-hour minimum, and agreed with you before any work starts. Ongoing SEO and content updates are not included in a package.

Your answers and reference images save in this browser as you go, so you can close the brief and come back later. They stay on this device only - they do not sync to other devices, and clearing your browser data removes them. Nothing is sent to Zerdly until you email us your PDF.
