Habit Tracker Builder

List your habits and print a tracker in one of four layouts: a monthly grid with a row per habit and a column per day, an annual page per habit with twelve months of boxes, a circular wheel with a ring per habit, or a streak chain for a 30, 66 or 100-day challenge.

Dated trackers print the real day numbers and weekdays, with 29 February only in a leap year. Undated trackers print no month or year, so you can start any time. Every box is printed empty: the tracker records nothing until you fill it in.

How to use the Habit Tracker Builder

  1. Choose a template: a compact grid, a notes-led layout with a notes column and ruled lines, or large writing spaces.
  2. Type your habits, one per tag, and choose the layout: monthly, annual, circular or streak.
  3. Turn on Dated and pick the start date for real dates, or leave it off for an undated tracker. Choose how many months, or how many days for a streak.
  4. Add a target for any habit, choose box, circle or plain cells, and set your own key symbols, for example x for done and / for partly.
  5. Choose Create document, check the pages, then download the PDF, or download the CSV to track in a spreadsheet.

Example

A dated tracker for February and March 2028 with six habits and two spare rows: February has 29 day columns because 2028 is a leap year, the water and reading habits show their targets, and the key reads x = done, / = partly, o = rest day.

What it does not do

  • The tracker is for filling in by hand. It does not record, count or remind you of anything.
  • Symbols must be characters the document font can print, up to three characters each.
  • Public holidays are not added.
  • Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.

Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
