Travel Itinerary Builder

Add each day of your trip with its activities, then your bookings with their local date, time and time zone. The itinerary lists everything day by day, with untimed plans under “Any time”.

Times are printed exactly as you enter them, in each place's local time. An overnight flight that lands the next morning is shown on the day it lands.

How to use the Travel Itinerary Builder

  1. Choose a layout: compact day tables, notes-led days, or an A5 booklet with one day per page.
  2. Enter the trip name, travellers and start date.
  3. Add days. For each day add activities with an optional start time, length and place.
  4. Add bookings with the local date and time, and a time-zone label such as Asia/Tokyo.
  5. Add a packing list and budget lines if you want those pages.
  6. Choose Create document, check the pages, then download the PDF or the CSV.

Example

A three-day Perth to Tokyo itinerary: the overnight flight departs on 4 March at 21:45 Perth time and appears again on 5 March, arriving 06:10 Tokyo time, followed by bookings, a budget in two currencies and a packing checklist.

What it does not do

  • Nothing is looked up or checked online: no maps, live booking status, visa or entry advice.
  • Time zones are labels you type; times are not converted between zones.
  • Budget totals are kept per currency; no exchange rates are applied.
  • Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
