How it works
Coffee = water ÷ ratio. A 1:16 ratio with 500 mL water needs about 31 g of coffee.

Common mistakes
- Measuring coffee by volume (scoops) instead of weight.
- Forgetting lower ratios (1:14) are stronger, higher (1:18) weaker.
