How it works
For a fixed weekly routine, your nights for the year are simply how many times your chosen weekdays fall in that year. The calculator counts every one from 1 January to 31 December, then divides by the days in the year for your percentage.
Worked example
Friday and Saturday nights in 2026. Each occurs 52 times, so 104 nights ÷ 365 ≈ 28.5% — regular care.
