Business Plan Builder
Describe the business in your own words, then list the assumptions your numbers rest on and where each comes from. The forecast is printed beside those assumptions, under a scenario label, so a reader can see what it depends on.
Profit (income minus costs) and cash (money in minus money out, from your opening cash) are kept in separate tables, because a business can be profitable and still run short of cash. Create the PDF, check it, then download it and a Word file. It is made in your browser and is not uploaded or stored by Zerdly.

How to use the Business Plan Builder
- Pick a layout: compact, spacious, or editorial with an at-a-glance panel.
- Write the summary, customers and operations sections.
- List your assumptions with a value, unit and source, then choose a scenario label.
- Enter each forecast period's income and costs, and the money you expect in and out, plus your opening cash.
- Add roadmap actions and any appendix, choose Create document, check it, then download.
Example
A mobile coffee van's plan with a conservative three-quarter forecast built from cups sold, price and costs.
What it does not do
- It does not forecast for you; every figure is one you enter.
- A plan cannot promise returns. Wording such as guaranteed return or risk-free is refused, and every forecast says it is an estimate.
- It is not financial, tax or investment advice.
- A logo can be added only after confirming you have the right to use it.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
