Capability Statement Builder
List what you do, show a few projects with the problem, what you did and the outcome, and add your equipment and credentials. Credentials are printed as your own statements, with anything missing shown as not given, so nothing reads as checked or endorsed.
There are no accreditation badges or logos to add; credentials are text only. A long services list continues neatly onto the next page. Create the PDF, check it, then download it and a Word file. It is made in your browser and is not uploaded or stored by Zerdly.

How to use the Capability Statement Builder
- Pick a layout: compact profile, detailed profile, or editorial with evidence panels.
- Enter your business name, a short overview and your services.
- Upload project photos, then add projects and choose their photos.
- Add equipment and credentials, ticking that each credential is yours and entered by you.
- Choose Create document, check it under View your document, then download the PDF and Word file.
Example
A fencing business profile with four services, a strata project, equipment and its insurance details.
What it does not do
- Credentials are not verified. An expired credential is refused; missing details print as not given.
- No accreditation, industry-body or certification badges are provided or allowed.
- The Word file carries the text and tables but not the photos.
- A logo can be added only after confirming you have the right to use it.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
