Job Sheet Builder
Record what the customer asked for, tick each task done or leave it open, and add time entries, materials and photos. Open tasks are tinted, marked Open and counted at the top, so nothing outstanding is hidden.
Time uses the same shift maths as the Timesheet Builder, including overnight work and unpaid breaks. The job sheet is a factual record, not a completion certificate, and it has no acceptance signature. It is made in your browser and is not uploaded or stored by Zerdly.

How to use the Job Sheet Builder
- Pick a layout: concise summary, photo-led record, or detailed report.
- Enter your business, the job number, the customer and the site.
- List the work requested, then each task, ticking the ones that are done.
- Add time entries, materials (with costs if you want them shown) and captioned photos.
- Choose Create document, check it under View your document, then download the PDF.
Example
A plumber's job sheet: tap cartridge replaced, ensuite hose still open awaiting a part, 3.25 hours on site.
What it does not do
- It is not a completion certificate, compliance certificate or invoice, and it records no customer acceptance.
- Material costs are shown only if you choose to show them. No tax is calculated.
- A logo can be added only after confirming you have the right to use it.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
