Price List and Service Guide Builder
List your services with a price and how it is charged: a fixed price, a starting From price, per hour, each, or on quote. A From price is always printed as From and is never added into a fixed total.
Add optional extras and packages; the comparison grid shows what each package includes and, where it can be worked out honestly, what the same services cost separately. Create the PDF, check it, then download it and a CSV. It is made in your browser and is not uploaded or stored by Zerdly.

How to use the Price List and Service Guide Builder
- Pick a layout: compact table, detailed breakdown, or a summary with every service in an appendix.
- Enter your business name, currency and whether your prices include tax. That one label is used everywhere.
- Add each service with its price and price basis, then any optional add-ons.
- Add packages and list what each includes, using your service names so the comparison can add them up.
- Set the dates the prices apply. Under Size, keep A4 or US Letter for print, or choose a square social size and download the PNG.
- Choose Create document, check it under View your document, then download.

What it does not do
- It does not calculate tax. The tax label only says whether your prices include it.
- A bought-separately figure is shown only when every included service has a fixed or From price.
- Print sizes are A4 and US Letter. The square sizes give a PNG of 1080 × 1080 or 1200 × 1200 pixels at 150 dpi (twice that at 300 dpi); a long list continues on further squares, downloaded together as a ZIP.
- A logo can be added only after confirming you have the right to use it.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
