Restaurant Menu Builder

Add your sections and dishes with prices and short descriptions, and the builder sets them in columns with every price aligned. Long dish names wrap beside the price instead of running into it, and a dish without a price simply shows no price.

Choose a print size or a social size (1080 pixels square or 1080 × 1350 at 150 dpi) and download the PDF, or a PNG of each page. Everything happens in your browser.

How to use the Restaurant Menu Builder

  1. Choose a layout: Restrained (centred, no photos), Editorial (left-aligned with dotted leaders and an optional cover photo) or Display (a colour header band and up to three photos).
  2. Enter the venue name, the currency and the page format.
  3. Add sections (Breakfast, Mains, Drinks) and the dishes in each, with prices as numbers such as 14.5.
  4. Pick dietary labels for a dish and tick Labels confirmed by the venue. Unticked labels are not printed.
  5. Choose Create document, check the pages, then download the PDF or PNG.

Example

A one-page A4 cafe menu with Breakfast, Lunch and Drinks, dotted leaders to prices such as $19.50, V and GF codes on confirmed dishes, and a key and allergy note at the foot.

What it does not do

  • Dietary labels come from a fixed list (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, contains nuts, spicy) and are printed only when you confirm them. Nothing is worked out from dish names or descriptions.
  • Every page carries a note asking guests to tell staff about allergies. The builder does not check ingredients.
  • A logo needs your confirmation that you own it or may use it; that confirmation is not checked.
  • One typeface family (Noto Sans) is used for every layout.
  • Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
