Product Catalogue Builder

Add your products by hand or import a CSV, add the photos, and the builder lays them out page by page. Each category gets its own divider page, and a SKU index at the back gives the page every product is on.

A product without a photo prints a plain grey placeholder, so a missing picture never leaves a gap or a broken image. Photos and files stay on this device; nothing is fetched from a web address.

How to use the Product Catalogue Builder

  1. Pick a layout: Caption-led grid (2 or 3 across), Image-led layout (a large photo beside each product) or Narrative spread (one column with the full description).
  2. Enter the business name, the currency and, if you like, contact details for the cover.
  3. Import a CSV of products (SKU, name, description, price, image file name, category, link) and choose the matching photo files in the same panel, or add products one by one.
  4. Add categories with the product number each one opens before; the CSV import does this for you from a category column.
  5. Choose Create document, check the pages and the SKU index, then download the PDF.

Example

A 7-product pottery catalogue on A4: a cover with the business name and contact details, a contents page, divider pages for Mugs, Bowls and Plates, and Vases, two products across each page with SKU and price, and a SKU index.

What it does not do

  • Images come only from files you choose. A web address in the image column is reported and never downloaded.
  • Duplicate SKUs are reported before import and when you create the document; they are not changed for you.
  • A logo needs your confirmation that you own it or may use it; that confirmation is not checked. There are no retailer, marketplace or verification badges.
  • Prices are printed as you enter them. No tax, discount or stock level is worked out.
  • PDF and project file only.
  • Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.

Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
