Wallpaper Calculator
Calculates the number of wallpaper rolls and strips needed, accounting for pattern repeat and wall size.
Enter Values
How to use this calculator
- Enter the total wall width (perimeter), wall height, roll length/width and pattern repeat.
- Read the rolls required.
How it works
Usable strips per roll = roll length ÷ (height + pattern repeat); strips needed = perimeter ÷ roll width; rolls = strips ÷ strips-per-roll.
Worked example
16 m perimeter, 2.4 m high, 10 m roll. A few rolls depending on the pattern repeat — buy one spare.
