Web design for Bunbury small businesses

Turn a photo gallery into project evidence that supports a larger quote request.

Looking for a clearer website for your Bunbury business? For a business-to-business supplier, a gallery of nice photos is a start. Buyers comparing suppliers want to see what was actually delivered, so present each project as evidence, not decoration.

Based in the Peel region, Western Australia, Zerdly creates modern websites for small businesses across Australia. Projects are managed remotely.

Your scope and next steps are agreed in writing before design begins. There is no walk-in studio, and no meeting is needed.

Illustrative example

A business-to-business installer needs project scope, work types and a contact checklist.

This is an illustrative website need, not a completed client project. It is used throughout this page to make the advice concrete.

From gallery to project evidence

Each project summary should answer the buyer's real question: can this business do my kind of job? An annotated example follows. Every field is filled with your own approved information.

Illustrative example

Annotated project summary (illustrative)
Job type
“Commercial fit-out, warehouse office”Lets a buyer match the example to their own job.
Approved scope
“Supplied and installed partitions and joinery”States what you did, not the whole project, so the claim stays accurate.
Photographs
“Two finished photos, used with permission”Shows the standard of work without needing extra words.
Why it matters
“Shows capability on a live commercial site”Connects the example to the work you want more of.
Client name
“Only with written permission; otherwise omitted”Confidentiality is respected without inventing anything.

A good project summary does not need invented results or percentages. A factual scope and real photos are more credible than claims a buyer cannot check.

How the remote process works

Everything runs in writing, so each decision is on record. Working times and milestones are agreed for each project.

Complete the website brief online, download it as a PDF and email it. A short email question is fine too.

  2. 02

    Agree the written scope

We confirm pages, inclusions, price and a start date in writing. A 50% deposit books the build.

  3. 03

    Review a live preview

You get a private preview link and send each round of changes together, in writing. Two revision rounds are included.

  4. 04

    Approve and launch

Once you approve the preview, the balance is paid and the website goes live on your domain.

Questions from Bunbury businesses

What makes a useful project case study?

A useful case study explains what was delivered and offers accurate evidence: the job type, your scope, real photos and why it is relevant. It does not need invented measurements or results.

What if past clients will not let me name them?

Describe the work without naming the client, as long as everything stated is true. Never fill a gap with an invented project. If you cannot show a project at all, leave it out.

What should I collect before the brief?

For each project: a one-line scope, the job type, two or three photos and a note on whether the client can be named. A short capability summary in your own words is also useful.

The full terms are in our Web Design Service Terms.

Ready to plan your website?

The brief saves in your browser as you go, so you can finish it later. Builds start from January 2027. Start dates are confirmed after we review your brief.
