Classroom Visual Schedule Builder

List the day's activities with a time, a length and a picture. Each card prints the picture with the activity name underneath, so every picture has its words beside it.

The pictures are Zerdly's own simple drawings, not a copy of any commercial symbol set. Choose outline or filled pictures, three card sizes, and a compact, spacious or custom sheet layout.

How to use the Classroom Visual Schedule Builder

  1. Choose a sheet: compact, spacious, or a custom grid with your own columns, rows, gap and printer offset.
  2. Choose what to print: cards to cut out, a numbered daily strip, or a Now and Next board followed by its cards.
  3. Add activities with a name, and optionally a start time, length, picture, group and instructions. Or import them from a CSV file.
  4. Pick the card size and picture style. A name too long for the card is flagged before you create the document.
  5. For a custom grid, print the calibration page first and check both rulers measure 100 mm.
  6. Choose Create document, check the pages, then download the PDF. The last page lists every activity with its picture's description.

Example

Thirteen medium cards for a junior class day, from Arrive and unpack at 08:45 to Pack up and go home at 14:20, as a numbered strip on landscape sheets.

What it does not do

  • The picture set is small (19 pictures). You cannot upload your own pictures here.
  • It is not a substitute for a speech pathologist's or teacher's advice on a child's communication needs.
  • Cards are cut by hand; there are no die-cut templates.
  • Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.

Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
