This is a printed plan only. It does not connect to Instagram, Facebook or any other channel, and nothing is posted or scheduled from it: each post's status is simply what your team has written down.

How to use the Content Calendar Builder
- Choose a template: a compact landscape grid, a notes-led layout with room for comments, or large writing spaces for planning by hand.
- Enter the calendar name, the channels you use and the first day of the period, and how many months to show.
- Add the posts, by hand or from a CSV file with date, channel, title and optional caption and owner columns. Give each post a status.
- Add campaigns and owners if you use them. Owner contacts are only printed if you choose to.
- Choose Create document, check the pages, then download the PDF, or download the CSV for a spreadsheet.
Example
A café's March plan across Instagram, Facebook, a newsletter and a blog: sixteen posts in the month grid with their status, a busy launch day listed in full under the grid, a long launch caption in the Captions appendix, and two campaigns.
What it does not do
- Nothing is published, scheduled or sent. Post on each channel yourself.
- Captions longer than the limit you choose are printed only in the Captions appendix; the month and week views show their reference.
- Channel names are yours to type. A logo needs your confirmation that you have the right to use it.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
