Interior Moodboard and Specification Builder
List the rooms, upload your own photos and give each a caption, a credit and where it came from. Add the colours, the measurements with their units, the products you are considering and a simple budget, and the builder lays them out room by room.
A product's web address is printed as a link you can click in the PDF. It is never opened, previewed or used to find a picture: a product picture is only one you upload. The document is made in your browser and is not uploaded or stored by Zerdly.

How to use the Interior Moodboard and Specification Builder
- Pick a layout: specification grid, image-led board, or narrative spread.
- Enter the project title and the rooms, with notes for each.
- Upload your photos, then add an image note to place a photo in a room and give it a caption, credit and source.
- Add colours as hex values, dimensions with a unit, and products with an SKU, a price and a source, each linked to a room.
- Add budget lines if you want planned, actual and paid amounts. Totals are kept per currency.
- Choose Create document, check it under View your document, then download the PDF.
Example
A two-room apartment refresh: a sage, warm white, clay and oat palette, a 3,850 mm window wall and 24.6 m² living room, a linen sofa, an oak cabinet and wool rugs with their sources, and a three-line budget.
What it does not do
- It records design intent and selections. It is not a building-code, structural or engineering approval, there is no field for one, and the footer on every page says so. Wording that claims code compliance or engineering approval is refused.
- Every dimension needs a unit (mm, cm, m, m², in, ft or ft²) and is printed with it. Sizes are as you entered them; nothing is converted or checked.
- Product sources stay as the text and link you typed. Nothing is fetched from a link. Prices are not looked up or updated.
- Budget amounts in different currencies are totalled separately, never added together. No tax is calculated.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
