Label and Sticker Sheet Builder
Enter the sheet and label sizes, the rows, columns, gaps and margins printed on your label packet, and the builder places every label by exact millimetre arithmetic on a PDF page the size of the sheet.
Type the labels or import them from a CSV file, start part-way down a used sheet, and check the result before downloading. Everything happens in your browser.

How to use the Label and Sticker Sheet Builder
- Choose a layout: a compact sheet, a spacious sheet, or a calibrated custom grid.
- Enter the sheet size, label size, rows and columns, then the gaps and margins in millimetres.
- Add labels one by one, or import a CSV file and choose which columns to use.
- If part of a sheet is used, set the label to start at (1 is top left, counting across).
- Choose Create document and check the sheets. Print at 100% (Actual size); the calibrated layout adds a page with a 50 mm test square.
Example
Ten pantry jar labels on an A4 sheet of 21 labels (3 across, 7 down, 63.5 × 38.1 mm), starting at label 16 of a partly used sheet.
What it does not do
- Presets are described by size only. Check the measurements on your own label packet.
- Text is fitted down to a minimum size; a label whose text still does not fit is named so you can shorten it. Nothing is cut off.
- Printers vary. Print the calibration page on plain paper first.
- Up to 250 pages and 1000 entries in any list.
Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
