Photography Shot List Builder
List your locations, then each shot with where it happens, the subject, a priority and the kit it needs. The shot list groups shots by location in the order you list the locations, with Must shots first, and gives every shot an ID that stays the same when you move shots around.
Add your kit for a packing checklist and reference images for a contact sheet. It does not write model releases, consent forms or contracts. It is made in your browser and is not uploaded or stored by Zerdly.

How to use the Photography Shot List Builder
- Pick a layout: a shot list, a contact sheet first, or a detailed plan.
- Enter the project name and shoot date, then your locations in the order you will visit them.
- Add shots with their location, subject, priority and kit. Tick shots as they are done.
- Add your kit with quantities, and upload reference images and link each to a shot.
- Choose Create document, check the list under View your document, then download the PDF.
Example
A cafe menu shoot: six shots across the kitchen pass and the front counter, Must shots first in each, with a tripod and reflector on the kit list.
What it does not do
- It does not write model releases, consent forms or contracts. Use your own forms for those.
- Shot IDs come from each row, so a shot deleted and added again gets a new ID.
- Shots with no location are listed last under No location set.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
