Newsletter Builder

Type the publication title and issue date, then your articles, notices and contact details. The builder lays them out in columns with a masthead, photo captions and page footers, ready to print or share as a PDF.

The HTML version is one file with no scripts, trackers or remote images, for pasting into an email or a web page; how it looks in email programs is best effort. The builder has no subscriber list and does not send anything: you share the files yourself.

How to use the Newsletter Builder

  1. Pick a layout: Compact interior (three columns), Spacious interior (two columns) or Section-led interior.
  2. Type the publication title, the issue line and date, and add your logo if you have the rights to use it.
  3. Add articles with a headline, author, text and an optional photo, then notices and contact details. Add a caption to any photo under Photo captions.
  4. Choose Create document, read every page, then download the PDF.
  5. For the HTML version, use Download HTML under the form.

Example

A two-page A4 school newsletter: three articles in three columns, two notices and the school's contact box.

What it does not do

  • No subscriber management, mailing lists or sending.
  • The HTML file leaves photos out and has no scripts or tracking; email display is best effort.
  • Your own articles and photos only.
  • PDF and project file, plus the HTML file from the panel.
  • Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.

Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
