Rate Card Builder

List what you make and what it costs, group deliverables into packages, and add optional extras. Extras are always shown in their own table and are never counted in a package price or a total unless you tick them.

The card prints only your own prices and notes. It adds no licence, usage-rights or contract wording. It is made in your browser and is not uploaded or stored by Zerdly.

How to use the Rate Card Builder

  1. Pick a layout: a one-page card, a detailed guide, or your selection first with the full list after.
  2. Enter your name or studio, the currency and the date the rates start. Add a logo only if you own it or may use it.
  3. Add single deliverables with a price, then packages with what each includes.
  4. Add optional extras. Tick a package or an extra only if you want it in the selected total.
  5. Choose Create document, check the card under View your document, then download the PDF and CSV.

Example

A content studio's card: a reel, a story set and a blog review, two packages, and raw footage and rush turnaround as extras, with the Launch package and rush turnaround selected.

What it does not do

  • No tax is added. Enter prices the way you quote them.
  • It writes no licence, usage-rights, exclusivity or contract terms. Put any terms you use in Notes in your own words.
  • A price left blank prints as On request and is not counted in a total.
  • Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.

Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
