Research Poster Builder
Enter the title, the authors with their affiliations, your sections and references, and upload your own charts. The poster flows the sections down the columns, numbers the figures with their captions, and sizes the type to the poster.
The PDF is exactly the size you choose (A0 is 841 × 1189 mm) with real, selectable text, ready for a print shop. It is made in your browser and is not uploaded or stored by Zerdly.

How to use the Research Poster Builder
- Pick a layout: restrained, editorial or display, and the poster size.
- Enter the title and the authors. Type each affiliation as plain text; authors with the same affiliation share its number.
- Add sections with a heading, body text and an order number. Lines starting with a dash become bullet points.
- Upload your charts, then add a figure for each one with its section and caption. Figures are numbered in reading order.
- Add references with a label, citation, source and link.
- Choose Create document, check the poster under View your document, then download the PDF, or a PNG for screens.

What it does not do
- There is no logo, crest or seal upload and no institutional branding. Affiliations print as the plain text you type.
- Everything goes on one page. Type is reduced together to no less than 70% of its normal size to fit; if it still does not fit, you are asked to shorten the text or choose a larger size.
- References are printed as you enter them; no citation style is applied and nothing is looked up from a link.
- The PDF has no bleed or crop marks. Ask your print shop if they need either.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
