How to use this calculator

How it works
Each leg is timed by its type: swim per 100 m, bike/paddle by speed, run/hike per km, row per 500 m; transitions are added. The total is the sum of all legs.
Worked example
Build your own event. e.g. swim 1 km + bike 40 km + run 10 km + paddle 5 km — any order, any number of legs.
