How it works
The Shirt Size Calculator estimates a shirt, top or hoodie size from your chest or bust measurement and shows alpha (XS–XXL) and AU/UK/US/EU equivalents.
Chest or bust is the primary measurement for tops; the tool scores it against each size's range and returns the best fit plus adjacent sizes. Fit preference (slim vs relaxed) and fabric change the feel, so a range is shown.
Worked example
Men's 100 cm chest. A 100 cm chest is about a size L (UK/US 40, EU 50), with M or XL worth trying for a slimmer or roomier fit.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I measure chest or bust?
Around the fullest part of the chest or bust, keeping the tape level under the arms and not pulled tight.
Should I size up for a hoodie?
Hoodies and relaxed tops often fit larger; if you like a roomy fit or layering, consider the adjacent larger size shown.
How accurate are these size results?
They are a helpful starting point, not a guarantee. Brand sizing, garment cut, fabric stretch, body shape and measurement technique all change the best fit, so we show a recommended size plus adjacent sizes rather than one exact answer.
