Web design for Mandurah small businesses

A website you own, so customers can check your services before they call or message.

Looking for a clearer website for your Mandurah business? Plenty of small businesses start with a social media page, and it does a job: it shows you are active. What it rarely does well is answer the questions a new customer has before they get in touch: what exactly you do, where you work and the best way to reach you.

Based in the Peel region, Western Australia, Zerdly creates modern websites for small businesses across Australia. Projects are managed remotely.

Your scope and next steps are agreed in writing before design begins. There is no walk-in studio, and no meeting is needed.

Illustrative example

A mobile repair business needs its service details, enquiry routes and coverage explained before a customer calls.

This is an illustrative website need, not a completed client project. It is used throughout this page to make the advice concrete.

Social profile versus owned website

You do not have to choose one or the other. The useful question is which job each one does. A social profile is good for updates and photos. A website is the stable place for service details, coverage and the way you want to be contacted.

Illustrative example

How a social profile and an owned website compare for a service business
TopicSocial profileYour own website
How people find itMostly through the platform's own feed and searchThrough search engines, your domain name and links you share
Service detailShort posts that scroll out of viewA page for each service that stays put and can be updated
Coverage and hoursOften buried in an About tab or old postsStated once, in plain words, on the contact page
Contact routeDirect messages, on the platform's termsThe phone, email or booking link you choose
Who controls itThe platform sets the layout and the rulesYou own the domain and, at handover, the source files

A simple pattern works well: keep posting updates on social media, and link each post to the matching service page on your website, where the details and contact options live.

An illustrative site plan for a mobile repair business

This three-page layout fits the Starter package. It is an example of how the pages could be organised, not a completed project.

  1. 01

    Home

What you repair, the areas you travel to and one clear call to action.

  2. 02

    Services

Each repair type with what is included, what you need from the customer and when a quote is required.

  3. 03

    Contact

Phone and email, the coverage statement in plain words and links to your social profiles.

What you would supply

  • Your list of repair types and any fixed prices you want to show
  • The suburbs or areas you genuinely cover
  • Your logo and a few photos of your own work
  • Links to the social profiles you want to keep

Features shown are standard website content; nothing here implies a custom back end.

Mandurah and the Peel region

The City of Mandurah is one of the five local government areas that make up the Peel region, alongside the Shires of Murray, Serpentine-Jarrahdale, Waroona and Boddington. Zerdly is based in Peel, so Mandurah is a home-region market. Projects still run remotely, though, and there is no walk-in studio.

Relevant work from our portfolio

Real websites we have created. They are shown for the feature each one demonstrates, not as projects in this location.

How the remote process works

Everything runs in writing, so each decision is on record. Working times and milestones are agreed for each project.

  1. 01

    Send your brief

Complete the website brief online, download it as a PDF and email it. A short email question is fine too.

  2. 02

    Agree the written scope

We confirm pages, inclusions, price and a start date in writing. A 50% deposit books the build.

  3. 03

    Review a live preview

You get a private preview link and send each round of changes together, in writing. Two revision rounds are included.

  4. 04

    Approve and launch

Once you approve the preview, the balance is paid and the website goes live on your domain.

Questions from Mandurah businesses

Can I keep using Facebook alongside my new website?

Yes. Keep your social profiles for updates and photos, and link them to the website for service information and enquiries. We add links to the profiles you want to keep.

What should I prepare before I start the brief?

A list of your services, the areas you cover, your logo and any photos of your own work. If some of your best service descriptions are already in old posts, copy them into a document; they make a good starting point.

Do I need to be near Zerdly to work together?

No. Projects run remotely through a written brief, a private preview link and written feedback, whether you are in Mandurah or elsewhere in Australia.

The full terms are in our Web Design Service Terms.

Ready to plan your website?

The brief saves in your browser as you go, so you can finish it later. Builds start from January 2027. Start dates are confirmed after we review your brief.
