Web design for Pinjarra small businesses

Clear contact routes for a business that takes jobs at its workshop and at customers' properties.

Looking for a clearer website for your Pinjarra business? Many businesses serve two kinds of customer: people who bring work in, and people who need someone to come to them. Each needs different instructions, and mixing them on one contact page causes confusion.

Based in the Peel region, Western Australia, Zerdly creates modern websites for small businesses across Australia. Projects are managed remotely.

Your scope and next steps are agreed in writing before design begins. There is no walk-in studio, and no meeting is needed.

Illustrative example

An equipment repairer needs opening hours, accepted equipment and a request-for-service route.

This is an illustrative website need, not a completed client project. It is used throughout this page to make the advice concrete.

Workshop versus mobile enquiries

Give each kind of job its own short pathway. The customer picks the one that applies and sees only the instructions they need.

Illustrative example

Pathway A

Bringing work to the workshop

The customer can drop the item off.

  1. Check the accepted-equipment list
  2. Confirm the drop-off hours (owner-supplied)
  3. Email or call to book a drop-off, if required

Include in the email

  • Make and model
  • What the fault is
  • A photo of any damage or error message

Pathway B

Work at the customer's location

The item cannot be moved, or the customer wants a visit.

  1. Check the service area and any travel policy
  2. Send the job details by email
  3. Wait for a confirmed time and quote

Include in the email

  • The suburb or town
  • Make, model and fault
  • Access notes and preferred timing

Coverage, travel charges and drop-off hours always come from you. A website should never state an area or a rate you have not approved.

An illustrative site plan for a repair business

A Starter layout with the two pathways on one contact page. An example only, not a client project.

  1. 01

    Home

What you repair, both service options and opening details.

  2. 02

    What we repair

Accepted equipment, exclusions and when a quote is needed.

  3. 03

    Contact and drop-off

The workshop and mobile pathways, each with its own instructions.

What you would supply

  • The equipment you accept, and anything you do not
  • Workshop hours and drop-off arrangements
  • Your service area and travel policy, if you charge for travel
  • Photos of your workshop or completed work

Features shown are standard website content; nothing here implies a custom back end.

Pinjarra and the Peel region

Pinjarra is in the Shire of Murray, one of the five local government areas of the Peel region, the region where Zerdly is based. Work is still delivered remotely, by email and preview link, rather than through a local office.

Relevant work from our portfolio

Real websites we have created. They are shown for the feature each one demonstrates, not as projects in this location.

  • Homepage of MAK Mobility & Wellness

    MAK Mobility & Wellness

Mobile canine remedial massage across Perth's southern suburbs, with clinic appointments in Attadale.

What it shows: Two service formats on one website: mobile appointments and clinic appointments, explained separately.

How the remote process works

Everything runs in writing, so each decision is on record. Working times and milestones are agreed for each project.

  1. 01

    Send your brief

Complete the website brief online, download it as a PDF and email it. A short email question is fine too.

  2. 02

    Agree the written scope

We confirm pages, inclusions, price and a start date in writing. A 50% deposit books the build.

  3. 03

    Review a live preview

You get a private preview link and send each round of changes together, in writing. Two revision rounds are included.

  4. 04

    Approve and launch

Once you approve the preview, the balance is paid and the website goes live on your domain.

Questions from Pinjarra businesses

How do I explain both workshop jobs and mobile service areas?

Describe each route explicitly, using your own approved coverage, travel policy and workshop details. Each pathway gets its own short instructions, so customers do not have to work out which rules apply to them.

What should I have ready before the brief?

Your accepted-equipment list, your workshop hours, the areas you travel to and whether travel is charged. If you are not sure about a policy yet, say so in the brief and we will leave a clear placeholder rather than guess.

Can customers book a time on the website?

If you already use a booking service, we can link to it, and one straightforward booking embed can be included when agreed in your quote. Otherwise customers email or call, and you confirm the time.

The full terms are in our Web Design Service Terms.

Ready to plan your website?

The brief saves in your browser as you go, so you can finish it later. Builds start from January 2027. Start dates are confirmed after we review your brief.
