Event Programme Builder

Enter your running order, speakers and sponsors, and the builder lays out a programme: a cover in your choice of style, an optional welcome, the running order grouped by day with times and rooms, then a page for speaker biographies with optional photos.

Sponsors get their own pages, marked as sponsor acknowledgements and boxed with a Sponsor tag, so they are never mistaken for programme content. A sponsor's image is one you upload yourself and prints only once you confirm you have the rights to use it.

How to use the Event Programme Builder

  1. Pick a layout: Compact interior, Spacious interior or Section-led interior (each section opens with its own page).
  2. Choose the page size. A5 and half letter make a folded booklet: the page count is padded to a multiple of 4.
  3. Add the running order (date, start and end times, title, location), then speakers with a short biography, then sponsors.
  4. Upload photos and logos under Photos and the logo field; pick a speaker or sponsor image from the list, and tick the rights box for each sponsor image.
  5. Choose Create document, check the pages, then download the PDF. To print a folded booklet, choose booklet printing in your PDF reader on A4 or US Letter, then fold and staple.

Example

An A5 programme for a two-day makers' conference: a colour-band cover with the dates, a welcome page, eight sessions over two days, three speaker biographies and three sponsors in two levels, padded to 8 pages for folding.

What it does not do

  • No logo or image library: only images you upload are used, and sponsor images print only after you confirm the rights.
  • Booklet printing (page order for folding) is done by your PDF reader's booklet print option; the PDF is in reading order.
  • Times are printed as entered; the builder does not check room clashes.
  • PDF and project file only.
  • Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
