Wedding Stationery Suite
Type the names, date, time and venue once and choose what to make: invitations, an order of the day, a menu, place cards, or all four. Every piece shares the same frame and colours, and the wording on the invitation is yours to change.
Guest names go only where they belong: on place cards, and on invitations only when you choose one invitation per guest. Import the guest list from a CSV file with name, table and seat columns. Everything is made in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

How to use the Wedding Stationery Suite
- Choose a design: Restrained (a fine double rule), Editorial (a tinted side band) or Display (a scalloped frame).
- Enter the couple's names, the date, the time and the venue, and change the invitation wording if you like.
- Tick what to make. Add guests (or import a CSV) for place cards, programme items for the order of the day, and courses for the menu.
- Choose Create document and check every page in the viewer, then download the PDF, or PNG images of the pages.
- Place cards print eight to a sheet with grey cut lines; cut them out and fold along the dashed line so the name faces your guests.
Example
A spring wedding at a riverside boathouse: an A5 invitation, a six-item order of the day, a four-course menu and 120 place cards sorted by table, all in plum with a scalloped frame.
What it does not do
- Stationery only. There is no marriage certificate, licence, register or ceremony form, and none can be made here.
- The venue is printed as ordinary text. There are no logo or company fields.
- Place card names must fit on one line; very long names are refused by row so you can shorten them.
- Colours on screen and on your printer can differ; print one test sheet first.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
