Invitation Builder
Enter the event, the hosts, the date and time, the venue and a short message, then pick one of three original designs. The same details make an A5, 5 × 7 in or A6 card, an A4 or US Letter sheet of four cards with crop marks, or a square or portrait image to share as a PNG.
The date is printed with its weekday from the date you choose, and the time exactly as you type it, the same in every format. Small text never drops below 7 pt on paper or 12 pt on a social image; if something is too long, you are told which field to shorten.

How to use the Invitation Builder
- Pick a design: Restrained typography, Editorial layout or Display layout.
- Enter the event title, hosts, date, time, venue and message.
- Choose the format: a single card, a print sheet of four, or a social image.
- Turn on the reverse panel to put the message on the back; on a sheet, print double-sided and flip on the long edge.
- Choose Create document, check the pages, then download the PDF, or a PNG for sharing.
Example
A birthday dinner invitation on an A5 card: the hosts' names, the title, Saturday 20 March 2027, 6.30 pm until late, the venue and a two-line message, in the Restrained design.
What it does not do
- There is no RSVP link, QR code or online reply form; guests reply however your message says.
- Designs are original vector artwork; there are no logos or uploaded images.
- A sheet prints four identical cards; it does not personalise each card.
- PDF, PNG and project file only.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
