Gratitude Journal Builder

Choose how many daily pages you want and, if you like, a start date. Each daily page has a date (or a line to write one), an optional prompt, three numbered lines and space for notes. Reflection pages follow each week, fortnight or month, with the dates they cover.

The prompts are yours: write your own, or keep the short original ones in the example. They rotate in the order you choose. The journal is a notebook to write in; it makes no promise about how you will feel.

How to use the Gratitude Journal Builder

  1. Pick a layout: Compact interior (two days a page), Spacious interior (one day a page) or Section-led interior (each week or month opens with its own page).
  2. Type the title and the number of daily pages, and a start date for dated pages (leave it empty for undated ones).
  3. Add prompts, each with an optional category, and choose the prompt order: in sequence, by category or by weekday.
  4. Choose how often a reflection page appears, the day weeks start on, the notes area (lines, dot grid or blank) and the page size.
  5. Choose Create document, read the pages, then download the PDF to print.

Example

Three Good Things: 28 dated daily pages from Monday 2 November 2026, seven original prompts in three categories, and a weekly reflection after each Sunday, on A5.
