Workbook and Ebook Builder
Write your chapters as a list of blocks: text, headings, writing lines, answer boxes, page breaks and exercises. Exercises are numbered through the book and never split across a page: one that does not fit at the foot of a page moves whole to the next. The contents page is laid out again until its page numbers match the finished book.
Make it for printing, with mirrored margins and chapters starting on right-hand pages, or for reading on screen, with no blank pages. Answers can go in an appendix at the back. The Word file has the same chapters, headings and exercises with real Word heading styles.

How to use the Workbook and Ebook Builder
- Pick a layout: Compact, Spacious (larger type and writing lines) or Section-led (a title page for every chapter).
- Enter the title, an optional author name and the page size.
- Add exercises: a title and instructions, plus sets, reps, load and rest if it is a training book. Add answers and choose the exercise each one belongs to.
- Add chapters and their blocks. An "Exercises" block places the next exercises from your list (Count says how many); a "Lines" block draws that many writing lines; a "Box" is an answer box that many lines tall.
- Choose Create document, check the pages, then download the PDF or the Word file.

An A4 fractions workbook: two chapters of explanation, five boxed exercises numbered 1 to 5 with writing lines and a notes box, a contents page, and the answers at the back.
What it does not do
- PDF and Word only. EPUB is not made.
- Your own text only. The builder does not write, check or mark exercises, and answers are printed exactly as you entered them.
- An exercise or a box taller than a page is refused by name rather than shrunk; split it.
- The Word file uses A4 or US Letter paper; other page sizes are for the PDF.
- No company profile or logo fields.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
