Thank You Card Builder

Write one thank you message for everyone, add the people to thank by hand or from a CSV file, and give any of them a message of their own. Every card opens with its own greeting and ends with your sign-off.

Each card is made from its own line of the list only, so a personal message never appears on anyone else's card, and a card with no name opens with a general greeting instead. The cards carry no Zerdly name or mark.

How to use the Thank You Card Builder

  1. Choose a template: compact 99 × 70 mm cards, spacious 99 × 90 mm cards with larger type, or a calibrated custom grid for your own card size.
  2. Enter who the cards are from, the shared message and the sign-off.
  3. Add the people to thank, or import them from a CSV file with a name column and an optional message column. Give anyone a message of their own if you like.
  4. Choose flat cards, or folded cards with the title on the front and the message on the back.
  5. Choose Create document, check the cards, then download the PDF. Print at 100% (Actual size).

Example

Six wedding thank you cards from Mia and Daniel: four with the shared message, two with a message of their own, and one spare card with no name that opens with "Hello,".

What it does not do

  • Cards print on one side of the paper. Folded cards are folded with the print outside, so the message is on the back rather than inside.
  • A message that does not fit the card at the smallest size you choose is not shrunk further or cut off: shorten it or choose larger cards.
  • Use card stock your printer accepts, and print the calibrated template's test page first to check the size.
  • Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
