Workout Programme Booklet Builder
List your exercises once, each with its own sets, reps, load and rest, then plan your training days by choosing exercises and adding anything else, such as a warm-up walk. The booklet prints each day in your order, with a log table to write down what you did each week and a page of notes for every exercise.
Every number in the booklet is one you typed. Nothing is suggested, converted or changed for an injury, and every load is printed with its unit, kg or lb. It is a record of your own programme, not medical, physiotherapy or rehabilitation advice.

How to use the Workout Programme Booklet Builder
- Pick a layout: Compact (A5, days run on), Spacious (A4, a page per day) or Section-led (6 × 9 in, each day on a right-hand page).
- Enter the programme title.
- Add exercises with their sets, reps, load, load unit and rest in seconds. Use set groups for an exercise with more than one set scheme, such as 2 × 10 then 2 × 6.
- Add training days with a date and heading, then add items to each day: choose an exercise, or type a title for anything else.
- Choose how many weeks the log tables cover and whether to show the sets diagram, then Create document.
Example
A 14-page A5 booklet called Four-Week Strength Basics: three training days, five exercises (a goblet squat at 3 sets × 8–10 reps · 16 kg, rest 1 min 30 s, and a Romanian deadlift with two set groups at 30 kg and 40 kg), four-week log tables, exercise notes and programme notes.
What it does not do
- No exercise, load, progression or change is ever suggested, including for an injury. Wording about injury, pain or rehabilitation is flagged, and the booklet is printed exactly as entered.
- A load needs a unit (kg or lb); a load without one is refused. Units are never converted, and a programme that mixes kg and lb is flagged.
- Sets and reps belong to the exercise, so reordering exercises or a day's items keeps each exercise's numbers.
- The sets diagram is a simple block per set, not a picture of the movement. Text that does not fit moves to the next page, never shrunk. PDF and project file only.
- Up to 250 pages and 500 entries in any list.
Documents are made in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by Zerdly. Check the finished document before you use it.
