How it works
Converts between WGS84 latitude/longitude and the Swiss LV95 grid (CH1903+, EPSG:2056) using the oblique Mercator (Swiss) projection.
LV03 coordinates are simply LV95 minus 2,000,000 m east and 1,000,000 m north.
Worked example
Bern (46.9480, 7.4474). Converts to about 2,600,670 m E, 1,199,664 m N in LV95.

How do I get LV03 instead of LV95?
Subtract 2,000,000 from the LV95 easting and 1,000,000 from the northing.
