Zerdly Web Design · Secret Harbour, Western Australia

Web design for Secret Harbour small businesses

Keep the booking service you already use; let your website explain the classes before people book.

Looking for a clearer website for your Secret Harbour business? If you run classes or appointments, you may already have a booking service that works. The website's job is to explain what you offer, then hand people to that booking page at the right moment.

Based in the Peel region, Western Australia, Zerdly creates modern websites for small businesses across Australia. Projects are managed remotely.

Your scope and next steps are agreed in writing before design begins. There is no walk-in studio, and no meeting is needed.

Illustrative example

An independent instructor needs class details and a clearly labelled external booking link.

This is an illustrative website need, not a completed client project. It is used throughout this page to make the advice concrete.

Keep the booking provider

Here is the journey from first visit to confirmed booking. Each step is labelled with who is responsible, so it is clear what the website does and what the booking service does.

Illustrative example

  1. Step 1Your website

    Class or service details

What the session involves, who it suits, how long it runs, what to bring and the price you approve.

  2. Step 2Your website

    A clearly labelled button

For example 'Book on [provider name]', so visitors know they are leaving for the booking page.

  3. Step 3Booking provider

    Live availability and payment

The provider shows open times, takes payment if you use that feature and sends the confirmation.

  4. Step 4You

    Policies kept in step

Cancellation and rescheduling rules on the website match the rules set in the provider.

The website does not calculate availability or take payments itself; the provider does. Its subscription and transaction fees remain separate from the website build.

An illustrative site plan for an independent instructor

A Starter layout. An example only, not a client project.

  1. 01

    Home

What you teach, who it suits and the main booking button.

  2. 02

    Classes

Each class or session type, with duration, price and what to bring.

  3. 03

    About and contact

Your experience, the location wording you approve and a question email.

What you would supply

  • Your booking page link and the provider's name
  • Class descriptions, durations and approved prices
  • Your cancellation and rescheduling policy
  • Photos you own or have permission to use

Features shown are standard website content; nothing here implies a custom back end.

Secret Harbour and the Rockingham area

Secret Harbour is in the City of Rockingham, in Perth's outer southern suburbs. Zerdly is based in the neighbouring Peel region and works with Secret Harbour businesses remotely: a written brief, a private preview link and written feedback. There is no local office or walk-in studio.

Relevant work from our portfolio

Real websites we have created. They are shown for the feature each one demonstrates, not as projects in this location.

How the remote process works

Everything runs in writing, so each decision is on record. Working times and milestones are agreed for each project.

  1. 01

    Send your brief

Complete the website brief online, download it as a PDF and email it. A short email question is fine too.

  2. 02

    Agree the written scope

We confirm pages, inclusions, price and a start date in writing. A 50% deposit books the build.

  3. 03

    Review a live preview

You get a private preview link and send each round of changes together, in writing. Two revision rounds are included.

  4. 04

    Approve and launch

Once you approve the preview, the balance is paid and the website goes live on your domain.

Questions from Secret Harbour businesses

Can my existing booking service stay in place?

Yes, where the provider supports a suitable link or an agreed embed. One straightforward booking embed can be included when agreed in your quote. The provider's subscription and transaction fees remain separate.

What do I need to prepare?

Your booking link, the class or session list with durations and prices, your cancellation policy and a few photos. Check that the policy in your booking provider matches what you want on the website.

Can I change booking providers later?

Usually, yes. The website links to the provider, so switching mostly means updating the link or embed. Any new integration work is quoted first.

The full terms are in our Web Design Service Terms.

Ready to plan your website?

The brief saves in your browser as you go, so you can finish it later. Builds start from January 2027. Start dates are confirmed after we review your brief.
