A consistent folder structure separates raw captures from processed results, issued deliverables and archived versions — so nothing is overwritten and the latest data is easy to find.
The builder outputs a recommended tree (Admin, Raw Data, Processed, CAD/GIS, Issued, Archive) with optional capture sub-folders.
Frequently asked questions
Why separate raw, processed and issued?
Keeping raw captures untouched means you can always reprocess; separating issued deliverables and archived versions prevents working from or overwriting a superseded file.
